Email [email protected]. Please do not include sensitive customer photos, signatures, access codes, or other evidence material in an email unless we specifically request it through a secure channel.

Security reports

If you believe you have found a security or privacy issue, email [email protected] with the subject “Security report.” Include a clear description and safe reproduction steps. Please do not exploit an issue beyond what is necessary to demonstrate it.

Before public launch

The operator’s legal identity and registered contact details will be added before Trazana accepts public registrations or payments. The current product uses local device storage during early MVP testing.
